Company: Our host Shereen, Anna, Andrea, Tayisa, Christina & Ann-Marie
Lessons of the Night: SPICY FOOD & WINE
- Sweet cool/chilled wines are best with spicy food
- A spicy wine goes well with complex spicy food
- Avoid wines with tannins – they will dry out the mouth & won’t be refreshing with hot food
