Theme: Pinot Noir vs Sauvignon Blanc - white or red wine with fish? The consensus was white.

Paired with: Rustenberg 2015 Petit Verdot Rosé ($13.95 - #451773) – raspberry, cranberry, watermelon, sweet mid with nice berry finish.

Grilled crispy tofu with cilantro walnut pesto.
Side dish: ratatouille (recipe images attached), ciabatta baguette.

- CMS 2015 Sauvignon Blanc ($22.95 - #008680) – flinty minerality, asparagus and iceberg lettuce.

#2 was everyone's favourite and paired with the fish, it was yummy.

I would buy the Boya pinot again, I liked it with the fish, makes for a totally different taste... want to try it again with other spicy meals.
