BURGER TOPPINGS and WINE PAIRINGS Grilled pineapple, sweet basil and sweet mustard - Estancia 2008 Pinnacles Ranches Chardonnay (California) ($19.95 - #0075614) - Brilliant straw-yellow colour leads to fine tropical fruit, toast and pear aromas.
