BURGER TOPPINGS and WINE PAIRINGS Grilled pineapple, sweet basil and sweet mustard - Estancia 2008 Pinnacles Ranches Chardonnay (California) ($19.95 - #0075614) - Brilliant straw-yellow colour leads to fine tropical fruit, toast and pear aromas. Dry with excellent aroma replays on the palate. Wonderful intensity and a long finish give this wine a brilliant sign-off. Light and flavourful with tropical fruit, vanilla and a touch nutty.
